Leigh Ann was born in Red Bank, New Jersey, but moved to the Florida Keys in 1969 with her parents and four brothers. She graduated Marathon High School in 1979 in a class of 97 Seniors. She married and moved to the mainland, but just like everyone else who grew up here, eventually came back in 1983. She left again in 86 to return for the long haul in 1995.

Leigh Ann was a banker living an ordinary life with a dream. In 1997, her dream came true opening the original “Leigh Ann’s Coffee House” on 75th St. Working by her side for 13 years, her daughter Christina joined her and in 2010 they moved locations and expanded in Key Colony Beach. After graduating college, her other daughter, Michelle, joined the family business in 2011.

Leigh Ann is a “foodie” and really goes nuts finding new foods and creating recipes for the kitchen. In addition, she has traveled all over the world, sampling new wines to bring back to the Wine Cellar. Leigh Ann has hand selected every bottle on the shelves and takes great pride in her stock. There are over 100 wines to choose from, from every part of the world.
