The Corporate: Start with an assortment of fruit filled danish, fresh bagels complimented by a tray of fresh seasonal fruit, chilled fresh Florida orange juice and our fabulous coffee. We include cream, sugar, butter, jams & cream cheese. $ 9.50 per person/additional charge for delivery and pick-up service

 

Traditional Lox Platter: Beautifully sliced and garnished with capers, sliced red onions & a mustard dill sauce $13.00 per person

Country Breakfast: served hot in a chafer dish specially prepared scrambled eggs, your choice of apple-wood smoked bacon or sausage patties or Old time carving ham, red skinned rosemary breakfast potatoes. Complimented with an assortment of breakfast breads, and fresh fruit salad. Complimenting our fresh brewed coffee and fresh orange juice. $14.00 per person

The Ultimate Antipasti: Imported Italian meats, accompanied with shaved pecorino and aged provolone,assorted peppers and olives. Fresh baked hard Italian rolls, and a bottle of Leigh Ann’s Homemade Vinaigrette. One size only $199.00 serves 16 to 20

 

Norwegian Smoked Salmon: The salmon is imported thru Marky’s caviar in North Miami Beach, its the best of the best. Whole filet,garnished with thinly sliced red onion, pickles and capers. Accompanied by homemade crustini slices and mustard dill spread. One size only $129.00 serves 16 to 20

 

Italian Style Quiche (Pizza Rustica)made with Whole Ricotta cheese and eggs. We can made it with any ingredients requested, our suggestion is to combine meat and/or vegetable with cheese. We will need a 24hr notice and let us know if you want it hot or at room temperature. Each pie will serve 6, pricing will vary depending on ingredients requested. minimum $24.00 per pie. We recommend serving it for breakfast or lunch accompanied with fresh fruit or Sicilian salad, price will vary depending on fruit.
